Application Requirements:

 

-   Successful postgraduate or final year students of law, international relations, political sciences, economics, or young parliamentarians, government officials and officials of political parties, as well as young persons involved in the work of NGOs are encouraged to submit their applications.

-   Eligible candidates must be coming from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.

-   The number of participants is limited to 30 (4 participants from Croatia).

-   The age limit of candidates is 30 years.

-   Since the language of the School is English, applicants should demonstrate a strong command of English and be able to follow lectures and participate actively in discussions.

-   The Balkan Human Rights Network will ensure equal gender and geographic distribution of participants.
